How the airline is attempting to win back the premier market by introducing a new First Class service, following the cabin crew who embark on an intensive training course to learn how to deliver five-star luxury at 40,000ft. At the airline's state-of-the-art engineering base in Wales, the team must completely strip down and refit the interior of one of Boeing's most popular jets, the 777 - and they have only 30 days to do it. Meanwhile, the airline waves goodbye to an old friend as the 767 takes its final flight, bowing out after 30 years of service with BA. |
