In the 1980s and '90s there was no drug lord more famous than the "King of Cocaine," Pablo Escobar. In his heyday he was believed to be the seventh richest man in the world. When he died in a hail of bullets on a rooftop in 1993, many claimed to have fired the fatal shot, but who was truly responsible? The Colombian police? A vigilante mob? America's Delta Force?
