In Springfield, Missouri, Kirby joins Blind Grilling, an organization that educates and provides accessible grilling kits for people with visual impairments. After putting on a blindfold, Kirby experiences firsthand how hard it is to cook without sight and what the independence of cooking means to someone who is unable to see. While meeting amazing people and making some great friends, Kirby learns the ins and outs of blind grilling and eats some pretty good food along the way. |
