Detectives on the Narcotics squad fight a war against meth, which is ravaging Kansas City, and use the risky tactic of pitting dealers against one another to work their way up the supply chain. When a couple are arrested for dealing, an ambitious detective tries to persuade them to become police informants - and they in turn lead him to a bigger supplier. |
