In addition to learning how to be an ally to friends discovering their identities, this episode will explore how to support friends who are dating within the LGBTQIA+ community. While social media seeks to educate, as we've seen, it can also spread hate and negativity– as well as misinformation. In conversation with her guests, Jesse and Devyn, Amelie will give insight into the ins and outs of dating within the LGBTQIA+ community. Through a combination of facts and figures and personal anecdotes, this episode will examine the ins and outs of each stage of dating and show how you can be a supportive friend/ally during that process. |
