Three rival sellers in north Surrey take design ideas from Amanda Lamb on how best to improve their homes to try and clinch a sale from buyer Samantha. First they snoop around each other's houses in search of inspiration, then they are given £1000 and a week to make changes. Emma and Jason need to transform the 'pub' in their garden into a useful workspace and bring the tatty bedrooms up to scratch. David and Mary bring an oriental theme to their bland new build, and Sharon and Sam need to update the apple-green walls of their dated bungalow. |
