Chef Kathy Fang is taking her San Francisco-based restaurant, Fang, to new heights in Chinese cuisine. Kathy's father and business partner is Peter Fang, one of the city's most-elite chefs and owner of the famous House of Nanking. She must convince him that a modernized menu will help her expand and achieve what she coins as, "Chinese cuisine world domination." A private dinner for social influencers puts Kathy's new ideas to the test, but only if her guests, including Peter, approve of her changes. |
