With three stories to tackle, Jon and Michelle sign up to renovate one-half of a duplex in South Bound Brook. They up the resale value by installing a new roof, adding a walk-in pantry, and dropping in a brand new garage. But chaos strikes when a cracked pipe delays work in the kitchen and the home's original moldings get damaged throughout the entire house. While Jon puts out fires, Michelle hustles to find buyers in hopes that this complex duplex gets sold. |
