Chacur discovers that the kidnapper is Santa Cruz. He's in a shed directing all the action. The tactical team surrounds the place while Chacur negotiates the lives of the hostages. Menck invades the shed and surrenders Santa Cruz. He believes that the criminal is involved in Sofia's death. The negotiator becomes a kidnapper and threatens to blow up the shed if Chacur interferes. |
