First, Buddy learns Veselka's time honored technique of making pierogies, which people have been enjoying since 1954. Then, Buddy heads to Canter's Deli in Los Angeles, a family run hot spot that's been around for three generations where Buddy learns to make their iconic, fully loaded matzo ball soup, known as the "Mish Mosh" soup. |
