First up the Fukuburger truck in Las Vegas, Nev., fuses Japanese flare and flavor with the all American Hamburger to produce culturally, culinary classics. We then fly over to the Soul Patrol truck in Honolulu for some Southern fried chicken. Big Wheel Provisions in Orlando, Fla., is next where they are serving gourmet delights for everyday folk such as beef heart skewers and deviled eggs with roasted peppers. Last up is a stop for some Wafels & Dinges in Brooklyn featuring the King of Waffels. |
