Carrie and Lee have been splitting their time between Nashville and Destin, Florida but they want to get their two sons out of the city and into the sunshine - permanently. With help from broker Needa Brannon, they look for a home their family can grow into, but the property they purchase needs work. Lee takes on most of the renovations himself, including an updated master suite and an outdoor addition. But as work progresses Lee finds that without a contractor on board, projects can quickly spiral out of hand. |
