Lulu's mother buys a cheap vase. Unbeknownst to her, the vase is an expensive relic and the shop owner tricks the lady into returning the vase. Lulu's mother asks her to return it but the girl ends up hancuffed and carryng the vase on her head. A TV reporter spots the girl and it all becomes TV news. |
