The empty apartment has already been on the market for six months with another agent, and Melissa won't budge on the price. Dan and Kim Kelleher cannot understand why their apartment isn't selling. They insist it's a hidden gem in Manhattan and they need Doug Heddings to help them get that across to a buyer as soon as possible because their family is rapidly outgrowing the place.
