Leslie Willis, an obnoxious shock jock and notorious critic of Superman, holds a rock concert during a thunderstorm. When lightning strikes Willis, she is discolored and transformed into the electric-powered supervillainess Livewire. Superman must discover her weakness before she sucks the city dry of electricity. |
