In "Motivation," it's only two weeks before Pitch Day, and everyone is really feeling the pressure. Tim shifts the focus from team challenges to preparing for the big day. Everyone must go over their Pitch Decks to Charlie before presenting their business ideas to a room full of tough venture capitalists. Carly visits a local animal shelter to do some market research on Pretty Litter, but some feedback from one of the staff members forces her to reconsider her methodology. When Carly later expresses her concerns to Charlie, he has an intriguing solution. David is not happy when guest speaker Naveen Jain challenges his business idea, but he is determined to move forward and makes an important local connection. Meanwhile, Tim shares some hard truths during his one-on-one meetings. |
