Noah Cappe traverses across the southern Unites States hunting for the best carnival eats around! His first stop is at the Ft. Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in Texas, where he starts the day off right with Breakfast Nachos, samples the sweet and smoky Campfire Burger, lassos in the crunchy fried Cowboy BLT and finishes off his visit with a dessert take on spaghetti and meatballs. Then, Noah visits the North Florida Fair in Tallahassee for some magical homemade Street Corn Fritters and gets wrapped up with a Birria Ramen Burrito. Finally, he ventures west to the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in Indio, Calif., for a colorful ice cream treat -- the Ube Ice-Krispie! |
