Then Noah heads to the ThurtenE Carnival at Washington University in St. Louis, where he gets his fill of delicious school spirit. Even a rainy day can't dampen the fun as students serve up a deep-fried hot dog and an ingenious ice cream sandwich made with edible raw cookie dough. |
