Heavy storms have been flooding the Island. Toby is sent to inspect the dam, and discovers a few leaks in it. It eventually collapses, causing disaster for a nearby village. He is forced to cross an unsafe bridge over the flooded river, but it breaks and he drifts off towards a waterfall. Harold and Percy are sent to rescue Toby. |
