I guess it was scarier when I first saw it when I was a teen in the ‘90s, but now it’s awful. XD
It’s not so much that the sound was cutting out or anything, it’s just some parts were “tinny” or something, and didn’t fit the rest. Like when the guy went into the building to bring the dog outside, at the start.
The fact that it was low budget would obviously explain it. I wasn’t aware of that fact. Thanks for letting me know!
