I remember reading this truly amazing book for an English class when I started college in ‘76, and then again in the mid-90’s…In all honesty, I haven’t checked out the film version yet, as stories such as this are usually difficult to rewrite into a screenplay. Probably about time to watch the interpretation.
All Joseph McCarthy and his committee did was ruin peoples careers and destroy lives during his own campaign of domestic terror
