I totally agree (which was in my reply) but the movie did a terrible job illustrating the relationship they had. It wasn’t a prey-predator situation but two consenting adults overall who both had feelings for each other after the fact but couldn’t be together bc of her probation. In real life, they would have still seen each other despite her probation and had a child by then.
I’m not talking about the morality of the situation. I was speaking strictly of the way the law views it.
