Dominic Howells is an alternative singer-songwriter with a cult following. Robbie is his biggest fan. Their paths cross in a London park. Robbie is overbearing and intense, almost insane and Dominic wishes he would disappear. Now is the worst of all possible times; his marriage to the glamorous Hazel is at breaking point. His future is starting to fall apart before it had a chance to begin and now all he has is an unhinged fan for company. Yet as the story unfolds the anarchic, jester-like Robbie throws some light on Dominic, causing him some overdue self-reflection. |
