5 time Emmy Award winning actress Doris Roberts hosts this documentary telling the story of Midnite, the Horse of Hope, the first animal to be successfully fitted with an artificial leg. Ranch Hand rescue founder Bob Williams co-hosts the amazing story of the miniature horse Midnite and his successful adaptation to having the first ever artificial limb on a horse. With Doris as our guide, we watch as Ranch Hand Rescue provides Midnite with an artificial leg, despite being told it was not possible. We see Midnite follow him through his journey adapting to his artificial leg to the happy conclusion where we see him walking, running and leading a normal life. |
