Michael is a 12 year old boy with a big imagination. He has the power of vision, the ability to conjure up fantasy, to see things others can’t see. But not everyone understands. His older brother bullies him, his father is unable to communicate with him, his mother tries in vain to engage his interest. He remains distant and uncommunicative. One day he hears a song on the radio about a sunny island across the ocean. His imagination is sparked by the song, and then, on a family visit to his grandfather, a bizarre idea is planted in his mind. Soon it’s full steam ahead to a striking ending. But is it fantasy or reality?
