Nemesis addresses a social issue which has been growing prevalent in contemporary media by layering it on a fictional construct. The film provides a plausible answer to the question, ‘What would victims of crimes who have been denied justice do, if they could do so with complete impunity.’ This film will strike a chord with many whose lives have been touched, even tangentially, by insidious, secret crimes that go unpunished for years or even forever. Nemesis is a voice for all victims who have fantasized about confronting their abusers on their own terms. |
