In an attempt to expose a deadly underground drug addiction in the Caribbean, ‘Fished Out’ follows one user through his progressive downfall of using lionfish spines as an injection drug. Shot on location on the West Coast of Puerto Rico, the ‘documentary’ contains interviews with the area’s colorful characters, while aiming to bring awareness to the lionfish addiction epidemic. |
