“Inheritance” tells the story of the British re-colonising of Africa, through Lonrho’s resource wars, and the British involvement in the use of Depleted Uranium in the Iraq war. The film focuses particular attention on the metaphorical and literal sickness caused by the radioactive legacy, in particular the use of Depleted Uranium by US and UK forces in the city of Fallujah, Iraq. |
