February 1824. Jose de San Martin, General in Chief of the liberating armies of Argentina, Chile and Peru, leave his country heading to Europe, to never return back to their homeland. Spanish troops remain in Latin America and is feared sending powerful reinforcements, while the nascent local governments fall in intrigues and infighting.
