Winter. It’s night time in Tel Aviv. An IDF soldier appears crawling on the roadside. He is injured, bleeding, breathing heavily and is barely conscious. As he lays between the trash cans, a young woman stumbles upon him and brings him into her house to nurse him. The soldier, lacking social skills and still in shock, keeps silent. The film deals with the complex reality of being a citizen of the state, and the relationship between mothers and the sons they send to the front to protect them.
