David, the young owner of the run-down Shanahan’s Pub, arrives to work and unlocks the doors just in time for happy hour. After illegally serving his first two customers, Keith and Laurie, his old regular, Robbie, arrives asking about the overwhelming sound of airplanes in the distance. Moments later, the bar shakes from the force of explosions and gunfire directly outside. Unaware of any current events, David, Robbie, Keith, and Laurie argue with each other trying to figure out who is invading our country as well as what they should do about it.
