Small town, big town, your town, any town. A cast of characters that you may already be acquainted with but most certainly will get to know, are the focus of a hilarious new comedy “Lemon Crackers”. Through a seemingly mundane, everyday life-event, a privileged only child becomes the owner of a down-and-out car dealership, unwittingly recruits a gaggle of “sales reps” right off the psychiatrist’s couch, and, through some semblance of divine intervention, succeeds where others would certainly, miserably fail in business, life and love. The story, rooted in high school glory days, is brought to the present, through the eyes of a narrator, who just happens to know each and every character and how they came to this comic meeting years later. His story, as narration, is interwoven throughout the film as he details this madcap race to beat the odds, no matter what crazy events transpire. Young and old alike will certainly see the zany humor in this slice-of-life comedy that will exceed its quota of laughs and have them rooting for the underdogs all the way.
