‘Islands’ is about an inner journey, about a young person searching for answers on how to deal with the future after the end of the studies. The director tries to answer a thousand questions through the voices of people who have made very different choices in their lives. The inner journey happens through a real journey in the wonders of the director’s own land, Sardinia; a nostalgic journey, a little sad and at the same time full of inspiration. |
