Melbourne, Australia. The year is 1974. A man walks into a travel agency to buy a plane ticket. He doesn’t speak a word of English, and he’s in a bit of a hurry. 27 years later, a journalist is interviewing a local mayor. She’s got lots of questions, but she’s not getting many answers.
