When further enforcement notices arrive for him, Billy’s suspicion is also aroused. Should it really be a nasty mix-up? Even if bailiffs are forbidden to conduct their own research - Billy can’t help it: She feels sorry for the baker, whose business has been going bad for a long time, and she wants to track down the mysterious online orders. She would also like to use the opportunity to help the single parent Annika, who runs a kiosk with a rather chaotic parcel shop. Her divorced husband not only leaves her financially hanging, but also wants sole custody of their son Tom. Meanwhile, the situation for Karl Löwe comes to a head: he is denied a necessary loan because of his poor creditworthiness. Not least thanks to the help of her ex Gunnar, Billy gradually suspects how the identity theft came about. The fact that Gunnar needs a little break from his new wife and is staying with her for a few days unexpectedly throws Billy into emotional chaos - especially since she has seriously fallen in love with the paramedic Lukas.
