Ohara Brothers Go and Ken directed short film called “LAST STAGE” won best pictures at the Omoigawa Cinema Festival in 2017. It was also nominated as one of the top 10 out of 300 films at the 13th Yamagata International Movie Festival in 2017. And this year 2018, they directed new short film called “CARPE DIEM” that won the 3 Awards for the Best Director, Best Actor and Best Picture of Nippon Test Holdings at the 14th Yamagata International Movie Festival. They’ve spent years of making films and had a great stock of knowledge for their own style to project next level of Japanese film maker to the world. |
