Gunjan Roy, a young woman working in an ad agency, is about to marry her office colleague Siddhartha. She plans to live-in with Siddhartha before their marriage. Arjun is suffering from cancer. Earlier, he used to teach his juniors from college. However, because of his suffering, he is not able to teach anymore. He doesn’t have sufficient money for his living. Arjun’s tenant - Amrita, daughter of Shuvendu Babu, is a nurse at a private hospital near Bypass. His favorite Arjun Da is fighting with death. Apart from her daily chores, Amrita decides to take care of Arjun. Meanwhile, as the wedding invitations begin, Gunjan comes to know that the first crush of her life, Arun da, is now battling with cancer. She wants to visit Arjun one last time. On the day of meeting Arjun, when Siddhartha goes to leave Gunjan there, he meets his former love Amrita who once refused his love. Will the magic of a new love story develop in the heart of Kolkata? Will the college crush remain just a long lost crush, or will it develop into a story of love at least for once?
