Ana is a young woman who hides a strange compulsion. Her mania comes out and grows along with her with different stages of: desire, discovery, euphoria and suffering. Saturnica shows us about how differences each human being can be accepted or not by the community. ‘You’re weird.’ The phrase that accompanies the protagonist is able to summarize the plot completely. The film tells the story of Ana (Maria Manoella), a young woman who grows keeping a secret, in a very strange compulsion. Narrated by actor Milhem Cortaz (Captain Fabio from Tropa de Elite I and II the best well known Brazilian featured film) Saturnica is actually a mixture of surrealism with real needs. |
