Wolfgang Deedle, deeply steeped in Jungian concepts such as projection and guided meditation techniques, is catapulted by his obsession for a woman into an intense journey of self-inquiry. While following Wolfgang through his longing-fueled crisis, the film takes a slap-stick survey of various contemporary psychologies and New Age interests including Anger Management, Dream Analysis, Psychological Projection, Communication Workshops, Visualization, Support Groups, Superficial Positivism, Divination, and Zen Meditation. The comedy finally veers toward mysticism, playfully confronting the very nature of personality and reality itself.
