Details:

Noted sports writer and ornithologist John Kieran provides the commentary on this short that includes rare slo-mo (at-the-time)studies of the tiny hummingbird, and highlights of the ostrich, world’s largest bird. The camera covers the might golden eagle with its seven-foot wing-span which it uses as a brake action similar to the flaps on an airplane. Pelicans are shown flying to their tree top in close formation’ Canadian geese are shown in v-flight formation, and coots are filmed taking off from the water. The last sequence features Jimmy the Raven as a postman, typist and buyer-of-candy for the neighborhood kids.
