The first of a new Columbia Phantasy cartoon series, introducing Margie, who receives a charm bracelet from Scrappy. When she falls asleep, the various charms on the bracelet come to life. They have a picnic and a good time, and as Margie awakens, they become inanimate objects on the bracelet again. |
