Ernst Schmitt, camera-shy workaholic and head of a multinational food company, is no longer the youngest. After his serious heart operation, his worried sister Waltraud asks the successful entrepreneur to finally withdraw from active business life. Even his bustling nephew Marc can hardly wait for his uncle to hand over the management of the company to him - but he is not comfortable with this idea.
