Film musicale per eccellenza e senza troppe pretese. Max Pezzali ed un gruppo di amici si ritrovano abitualmente in un bar, il Jolly Blu, che rischia di venire chiuso per debiti. Max allora decide di provare a cantare per racimolare i soldi che dovrebbero servire a scongiurare la chiusura del locale.
