Breakfast has never been so bewildering until now! ‘Day Off’ is a short film with a quirky comic edge. It focuses on the character of Derek. He is an impulsive, enthusiastic man whose world is not quite what it seems. We meet him relaxing on a day off. Glimpses into mirrors and cooking sounds pull us into his extraordinary imagination. As he potters about the kitchen with non-existent ingredients, it soon becomes clear that Derek’s perspective of the world is shifting from strange to downright bizarre. You may never look at breakfast in the same way again! |
