Lincoln, a local hood, is mysteriously jumped by a crew looking to kill him. He narrowly escapes, and makes a deal with the local boss, Downtown, to get the crew off his back. In exchange for safe passage from the crew, Lincoln agrees to killing a junkie roughing Downtown’s prostitutes. This sets off a chain of events leading back to Downtown finishing off the crew looking for revenge against Lincoln. |
