Visionary Behavioral Psychologist, Dr. Lyle Talbot believes if you put two extreme, opposite personalities together, they will rub off on each other, and ‘find a middle.’ At ‘Serenity House’, a stunning, sprawling estate in the mountains, six personality-challenged ‘guests’ live under Dr. Talbot’s care. This film takes the form of a fund-raising video that the good Doctor is putting together. We meet the ‘guests,’ observe therapy sessions, and witness first hand, Dr. Talbot’s compassion and genius. We also meet his wealthy, amorous benefactor, and her odd but loyal nephew, who she’s forced Lyle to hire as his assistant. Serene? Not so much |
