A short film shot over a 14 hour period (4pm to 6am) in 7 locations. The actors were only given a storyline, character sketches and dialog guidelines. The dialog is improvisation and some of the actors had only met as we started shooting. Inspired by ‘Some Kind of Wonderful’, an 80s film by legendary film maker John Hughes, the film is centered around Sandra who is in love with her best friend Corey. Corey however loves Amira, who doesn’t know he exists and has a boyfriend. How can one night change all of this? |
