Julia's Hart (2009)

Science and imagination are playfully mixed in a love story in which Julia and Thomas are inseparable from childhood until Julia gets into a traffic accident. She appears to have a donor code and her heart is being transplanted. Thomas cannot live with the idea that Julia’s heart still beats inside someone else’s body.
