In the near future, a deadly plague leads to the creation of a police-state as the government installs surveillance systems to prevent the virus’ spread. When ‘carriers’ have been identified, a guardian is assigned to take them away; but when faced with the prospect that his own friend is infected, a guardian must decide whether or not he believes in the system that he’s supposed to uphold. |
