Hope has been trapped in her house by her phobias for 16 years. Her only contact with the outside world is the psychiatrist who visits her weekly. When he questions her about “dreams” of a dangerous stranger who appeared on her doorstep, she challenges by accusing him of being the dream and insists the stranger is the reality. Soon Hope begins an affair with the mysterious man who she believes will save her from the psychologist she suspects of trying to killer her — or is she just paranoid? |
